Queen Victoria and the Giant Mole

Jules Verne meets Phileas Fogg and Passepartout for the first time and together they do battle against the sinister "League of Darkness" and the deadly tunnelling device known as the Giant Mole. At stake is not only Queen Victoria during her state visit to Louis-Napoleon in Paris, but the safety of all Europe. In the Mole's controller, the beautiful Marie-Diane Vaudremont, Jules comes up against one of his most seductive and dangerous opponents.

From the Earth to the Moon

Jules, Fogg and Passepartout visit the estate of a Russian Count to take part in a Goldfinger-like sporting contest to which Fogg is committed - only to discover that the Count has built a giant gun with which to threaten St. Petersburg. In the course of the adventure our heroes ensure the freedom of the serfs in Russia - and send the first (unwilling) astronaut into orbit around the Earth.

The Cardinal's Chariot

Jules, Fogg and Passepartout take the famous author Alexander Dumas back in time to a seventeenth century castle to gather material for his book "The Three Musketeers" - and find themselves defending the honour of the French Queen against Cardinal Richilieu and his men - and narrowly avoiding changing the course of history.

Rockets of the Dead

Secret papers are stolen in London by a Jack-the-Ripper like figure who escapes through a hail of police bullets with the aid of a rocket-powered cape. Jules, Passepartout and Fogg follow his trail to the Carpathian mountains, where they encounter a descendent of Vlad the Impaler who has created a rocket-powered army of the dead with which he intends to build an evil empire.

Gunfight at the Robot Corral

Leaving the Civil War and setting off into the West after Aztec treasure, Jules, Fogg and Passepartout are pursued by the James gang - and trapped in a small Western town. Hiding out with the young Wyatt Earp in the local blacksmith's shop they build a steam-driven robot gunfighter, leading to one of the strangest shoot-outs the West ever saw.

The Crypt

Jules and Fogg investigate what appear to be supernatural phenomena in a country church near Fogg's Cotswold home, and discover that a "Holy Relic" brought back by a medieval crusader is in fact an alien escape pod from an extraterrestrial vehicle that crash landed in the Syrian desert in 1153. After a terrifying battle inside the church, they free the alien to go on his way: leaving behind technological secrets which could change the future of the whole world.

The Strange Death of Professor Marechal

Jules transports the body of an old friend, Professor Marechal, to an offshore island, only to learn that the Professor intends it to be brought back to life in a tide-powered Revival Machine he has invented. As the strange, half-living creatures produced by Marechal's earlier experiments pursue Jules and his friends across the island, Jules comes face to face with the true nature of life after death.

Lord of Air and Darkness

Jules and Fogg uncover a conspiracy by the League of Darkness to use the Treasure of Solomon to build a Flying Ship, The Albatross, to carve out their own colony from the heart of Africa. With Passepartout and Rebecca's help, they foil them in this design but fail to prevent them getting away with the Albatross across the Atlantic: where they threaten to strike a deadly blow at Abraham Lincoln.

Southern Comfort

Jules, Passepartout and Fogg pursue the Albatross across the Atlantic, only to find themselves in the middle of a Civil War battle, trying to prevent the Flying Ship from ensuring the Confederacy wins a crucial phase of America's life-or-death struggle against slavery.

Let There Be Light

Our heros are trapped with urgently needed supplies in a Maryland city beseiged by the fanatical Confederate General George Shane. Jules collaborates with a young newspaper vendor named Thomas Edison to build a steam-driven tank which breaks the siege - after which he, Passepartout and Fogg, have to save the tank from capture by the Confederacy.

Roof of the World

Attempting to prevent a Russian invasion of India, Jules, Passepartout and Fogg find themselves high in the Himalayas, in a monastery which holds the famous Tibetan Book of Creation - and an amazing clue to the origins of the universe. Confronted with wisdom beyond anything they have known, each of our heroes develops new aspects of his personality even while trying to prevent Russian troops finding a way into the sub-continent.

Captain Nemo and the Ship from Sirius

Jules, Passepartout and Fogg join Nemo and Laura on the Nautilus to investigate a mysterious comet that has crashed into the Atlantic Ocean. They discover it is in fact an alien spaceship, and engage in an extraordinary underwater battle to save the earth.

Journey to the Bottom of the World

Jules and his friends travel to the Antarctic and find that the League of Darkness plans to use a primitive form of atomic energy to melt the icecap and create a new nation - in the process risking the very stability of the Earth's orbit In a violent contest beneath the ice, Verne and Fogg battle to save the pole - and ultimately the planet -from obliteration.

The Overlord

The Nautilus discovers the remains of Atlantis, and the extraordinary power-source that civilisation once possessed But Jules' efforts to examine it accidentally revive a cyrogenically preserved Atlantean - the very ruler who was responsible for the downfall of the lost continent, and whose unbridled lust for power now once again threatens the world. It is up to Jules to put right his terrible mistake ...
